NikolAI provides an Instagram communication automation service via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) API and platforms like ManyChat.

2. Access and link an account
For the service to work, the user can connect their Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business/Professional account via Meta Login. The user confirms that they have the right to manage the relevant business assets.

3. Use and limitations
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law and the rules of Meta/Instagram/ManyChat. Use for spam, fraud, infringement of rights or other abuse is prohibited.

4. Data and privacy
Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user can request data deletion according to the "Data Deletion" page.

5. Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, updated or temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. We may change these Terms and Conditions by posting an updated version on this page.

6. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you violate the terms or if required by a provider/law.
