Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete data related to your use of NikolAI, please send an email to info@nikolaichat.com with the subject:
"Request to delete data (NikolAI)"

Please include in the message:

• Instagram username of the account to which the request relates

• (if possible) a link to the profile or name of the Facebook Page it is connected to

• what you want to delete: all data or specific data (e.g. tokens/logs/query history)

What are we deleting?
Upon valid request, we may delete/anonymize stored integration tokens, technical logs, and internal automation-related records.

Deadline
We typically process requests within 14 business days , unless law requires longer retention of certain records.
